Joint statement between Udice and U15

24 April 2023

On the eve of the France-Canada Joint Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation, Udice and the U15-Group of Canadian Research Universities signed a joint statement to strengthen the contribution of research-intensive universities to cooperation between the two countries.

This text defines how, on the basis of common characteristics, values and objectives, French and Canadian research universities can build balanced partnerships to respond together to the major challenges shared by our two countries, by collaborating on education, research and innovation.

It is illustrated by ever closer collaborations between member universities of the two groups and aims to ensure the active participation of research-intensive universities in scientific projects on the priority themes that will emerge from the Comix meeting.
